Unit sales down 13.7 YTD (January-June 2019). The number of new listings down almost 6%, a couple big ticket sales on Lake Rosseau, one at over $9,000,000 and another over $10,000,000 and the demand for a Muskoka cottage is causing the average sale price to increase.
