The following three charts show the "Solds" to "New Listings" Ratio (SNL) for 2007, 2008 and 2009. As you can see the road to recovery has begun, Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Haliburton and Muskoka Lakes are now in a balanced market, when previously a buyers market one year ago. The 2009 waterfront market, all districts combined is very close to being balanced as well.
